Via Prof Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Via Prof Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Referral Reward: Existing Via Prof guests who refer a new guest will receive 5% off their next eligible service after the referred guest completes their first qualifying appointment.
2. New Guest Reward: The referred guest will receive 5% off their first eligible service when using a valid referral code.
3. New Guests Only: The referred guest must be a first-time Via Prof client and cannot have previously received services at Via Prof.
4. Referral Code Required: The referral code must be provided or applied at the time of booking or checkout. Referral discounts cannot be added retroactively after the transaction has been completed.
5. Completed Appointment Required: The referring guest's 5% reward is issued only after the new guest has completed and paid for their qualifying appointment. Canceled or no-show appointments do not qualify.
6. Discount Restrictions: Referral discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, specials, or other coupons unless otherwise approved by Via Prof.
7. Eligible Purchases: The referral discount applies to eligible services only and does not apply to retail products, gift cards, memberships, packages, deposits, gratuities, or other excluded purchases.
8. One Referral Reward Per New Guest: A new guest may use only one referral code. Only one existing guest may receive a referral reward for each new guest.
9. No Cash Value: Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or applied toward previous purchases.
10. Program Changes: Via Prof reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program, including its rewards, eligibility requirements, and terms, at any time.

By using or sharing a Via Prof referral code, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
